The perfect creative gift. Moving offline into the wild landscape of North Sligo, this half-day workshop will blend hands on foraging with a colour-making workshop. The session is designed to give you the tools and experience you need to explore the abundance of colour surrounding you. The morning will be spent in the hedgerows and shores collecting natural materials. The group will then be shown how to process the seaweed, rocks, botanics and earth pigment using the 3 main processes of boiling, extracting and grinding. And finally how to bind and preserve your colours.
